A consummate disruptor and a force for good, Mansur A. Suleiman is our Vice President Operations. A graduate of Pharmacy from Ahmadu Bello University, Mansur is bringing a long and successful career from the public and private Sector. He started out as a hospital pharmacist in 1986 and rose through the ranks, to become the Project Manager of Adamawa State Essential Drugs Project (ASEDP), a World Bank Assisted Project in 1992. By 1994, Mansur became a Consultant on Essential Drugs supply management and between a995-2000, he was in Calabar, Cross River State of Nigeria, where he successfully turned around the fortune of the State Essential Drugs Programme, and secured the full disbursement of USD$12.00Million allocation.

Over the years, Mansur was at various times the Assistant Director, Food, Drugs & Pharmaceutical Services, Project Manager, Heath Systems Development Project (HSDP2), Project Coordinator, Nigeria Health Investment Project (NSHIP). Deputy Director, Health Planning, Research and Statistics, and Director Health Planning Research & Statistics of the Adamawa State Ministry of Health. He also served as the Director- Planning, Research & Statistics of the Adamawa State Independent Electoral Commission.

On the international front, Mansur attended various high-level training & Global flagship Courses in Health System Strengthening (HSS) Kigali, Rwanda organized by the World Bank Group and Global Flagship Workshop on Sustainable Health Financing, the Challenge of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) by the World Bank Institute, Washington DC. In addition, he earned a Certificate of Distinction in ‘’Unlocking Investment & Finance in Emerging Market and Developing Economy (#EMDE) from the WBG Open Learning Campus (OLC., and variously became a registered Project Director, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a member of the Pharmaceutical Society, and a World Bank Registered Sustainable Development Investment & Finance Consultant. Mansur also obtained Certificates and competencies in Health Economics, Public Health Function, and Performance Based Financing (PBF) from SINA Health International-in the Netherlands, and is currently taking a Certification Courses in Public Private Partnership (PPP) and Islamic Banking & Finance.

In 2019, Mansur joined other partners to establish a Sustainable Investment & Financing firm - Majmaul Bahraini Consulting, Abuja, where he is the Lead Consultant. And tapping from his resourcefulness and contributions, Mansur has now joined the rank of other innovators and disruptors in the services of Iya Patu Foundation as the Vice President Operations.
